The six spacious and fully furnished beachfront condos are housed in the second of three buildings that make up Turtle Nest Inn & Condos. Although slightly more costly than our ocean view condos, they still represent an exceptional vacation rental value, certainly better than just a room in any beachfront hotel.
   Each has a full kitchen and can very comfortably accommodate parties of one to six guests. Base rates (below) are for one or two guests, so if you're just two, you don't pay for the extra bedroom -- but you'll enjoy the extra space! Additional guests (over three years old) are at an extra cost of US$20, per night, and, an upgrade from the economy car is recommended for four guests or more.
   The beachfront condos, each with two balconies, offer superb ocean views, and directly overlook our sandy beach, pool, and the Caribbean Sea. You couldn't be closer to the water, and to superb snorkelling!

   Every condo is on two floors, with two bedrooms on the upper-floor, each with its own balcony and full, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower). The entrance and poolside patio are ground-floor, along with the full kitchen, living/dining areas, a powder room and laundry room. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the second bedroom with either a queen bed or two twins, and there's a queen sofa-bed in the living room, with the powder room close by.

   Kitchens have everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal -- except the food -- including dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, blender, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher. Each condo is equipped with central A/C, ceiling fans, ceramic tile throughout, your own washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels, etc., and the use of an excellent poolside gas grill. Plenty of free parking, right at your door.

   Amenities include phone, free high-speed wireless Internet access, 92-channel cable TV, DVD-player, free use of snorkel gear, a sea kayak, etc. There's also a lending library of books, games, and over 400 movies, all free. Full and thorough housekeeping is done before you arrive and after you depart, and you'll have a full second set of linen and towels on hand. Optional housekeeping during your stay available at extra cost, as is our unique "World Phone" service.

• Government's Accommodations Tax of 10% applies to above rates but, unlike most hotels and condos, there's no "service charge"

• Rates are per condo -- not "per person", and are based on lodging one or two guests; US$20, per night, per extra guest

• Children three years old or younger stay free; booster chair and crib available in each condo at no charge

• Many rental car upgrades are available including a mid-size car, full-size car, a soft-top jeep, an SUV, PT Cruiser convertible, etc.

• Rates for stays straddling two seasons are calculated according to the number of nights falling in each respective season

• A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of 25% (or minimum of one night charge) is required to book

• Balances are due one month before arrival, or two months before arrival if arrival or departure falls in high or Holiday seasons

• Once fully paid, all reservations are fixed, final, non-transferable and non-refundable

• Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged

• Arrival can be earlier, departure later, and luggage can be stored where it's easily accessible while condo is unavailable

• To avoid disappointment while booking your airfare, accommodations can be held for 24 hours before booking

• Above rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice but, while posted, are in effect for all future reservations

• Payment must be made by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
